Felix is an international lawyer currently specializing in international sanctions and embargos with focus on OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) regulations for financial industry.

He started his legal practice in High court of Kerala and later moved to Dubai as legal consultant. He practiced commercial law in Dubai and was instrumental in providing free legal aid services to the needy through the Indian Consulate in Dubai. Felix is an attorney admitted to practice law in New York from 2005 to the 1st Appellate Division.

He is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School (then accredited to Poona University). He obtained his Master in Law (LL.M) from Department of Law at Cochin University of Science and Technology. Felix also has a LL.M from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, New York.
